At at Applebees in Peru IL. on 06/15. Bad service, onion rings burned to a crisp, ( the Server pointed out to me that they were burned when she brought them out to the table, like I could not see that for myself, said she would bring me out better ones but she thought she would give me the burned ones away), no salad dressing on salad, mini cheeseburgers tasted like they were 3 days old. The "good" onion rings showed up when I was done eating. The place is a disaster, was not that crowded and it looked like they had plenty help. Wasted $36.00 on a bad meal and what really pissed me off was my wife making me leave the crappy Server a tip. I left her 3 bucks, and that was $2.99 too much as far as I am concerned. Won't go back there again.

I was so pissed about this visit I e-mailed Applebee's corperate complaint dept. I will say one thing, they called me about it and also had the store manager call me. She offered me a free meal certificate which I accepted but doubt I will use. I told the manager she better get her people on board with what it reactive and proactive. At least they accknowledge complaints though.
