The bs from your store. Wasted hour of my life
Try to pick up curbside order. Waited 20 minutes when I got here nobody said a word for 13 min.
Finally returned with my order and I walked out without the kids, Coke or the kids milkshake that I charged for. Its principal at this point I came back to get the shake. They finally did give me the Coke 20 minutes later still no Shake. Apparently the bartender is the only one that can do it and Im still waiting after they forgot it 30 minutes ago this is ridiculous and I shouldve been put first in front of these people but I still dont have it.
I asked for a refund and she said I have to go get my manager and I said thats fine go get her and she never returned with her. I just left I cant.
This is ridiculous. I have wasted an hour and a half of my life over one simple meals

I visited Applebee's at 3894 Morse Road, Cols, OH 43219 on Saturday around 3pm. They had a really long line but I decided to stay since I had 4 grand children with me that was excited to go to Applebee's because they had not been in the past.
We waited in line patiently for about 20-30 minutes. The greeter was very apologetic about the wait and stated as soon as a table opened that they would sit us. There was a young man behind us in a wheelchair that had not checked in because he was waiting for the rest of his party. I know this because I heard him tell his brother this who also worked in the restaurant.
Again, there were 5 of us, so we waited for a table that would fit. The greeter noticed a couple in a booth that was getting ready to leave so she stated if we didn't mind waiting a little while longer she would sit us at that booth. Because we knew that we had a table, we let numerous other parties be seated ahead of us that had entered the restaurant after we arrived. At no time did the gentlemen in the wheelchair state that we was waiting or if he could be seated.
When the booth was free a waiter cleaned the table so we sat down. 10 minutes later a manager came to table and demanded that we get up from the table because the young man in the wheelchair was there before us. I explained the situation and she still mandated that he was there first no matter if he checked in or not. I also told her that the greeter told us to wait for this table to be free and we could sit and also told her that we had allow other parties to go ahead of us so that we could sit at that particular booth.
Needless to say, we moved and decided to leave the restaurant because it was just disappointing at the management of the restaurant. I understand order and would have gladly not sat at the booth if it was not already promised.
But for the manager to demand we move after waiting so long and letting others go ahead of us was just wrong. Needless to say, Applebee's didn't just turn away a frequent customer but also gave reason for 4 new customers to not want to return.

I waited for the purchase button for the DateNight Pass to appear at 12 PM. It never did.
I found out later you had already sold out without even offering the pass to any except those you deemed more deserving. As a long time Applebee's customer I want you to know this is not a business practice of a reputable company. Why you choose to discriminate is beyond me. There are many similar and very adequate restaurants an equal distance from my home.
I guess I'll be visiting them from now on. It's a shame since I would prefer Applebee's but I, unlike some companies have, have standards that I go by.
Preferred solution: Treated like everyone else. Obviously I wasn't.

They haven't bothered to respond. I guess they don't care about customer concerns. VERY disappointed.
I was ready and waiting at this time and a pop up to order didn't appear until 3 minutes passed the opening time. By this time it said "Sold Out". I NEVER HAD A CHANCE to make a purchase since the button never was available when they went on sale. This appears to not be a fair opportunity for all.
Was this some sort of scam on Applebee's part?
Was this just the companies way of getting people to sign up for your club (when it stated sold out, they asked if you wanted to join Applebee's club)? I am very disappointed and want a response as to why this happened.
