I have been a loyal customer of applebees for almost 30 years.

I really never had a problem until recently. I spent $28 on take out meals. The onion rings were burnt so bad they were almost black. The sirloin steak that was to be mediam rare was done beyond well done.The baby back ribs were all dried out. Most likely I was given reheated food from the day before. In anycase

I called corp office no satisfactory response. I spoke with the manager of the wilkes barre pa location. she said she would send me a gift certificate. After two week and no certificates I called the manager. She said since you spoke with corporate they can handle it. Nice rude manager. I then left message for district manager. He did not even have the common curtiousy to call me back. I paid with a gift card I purchased from applebees in the past which should tell them at least I and not some new customer. I will never step foot in that restaurant until they make this right. The first sign of a business that is going to fail is when

they have no customer service at all levels. I was in retail and was vice president and controllers of to department stores. Do they realize how much in advertising is spend to acquire a customer.

Do they want one time customers or loyal repeat customers.
