My wife and I took our six month old daughter with us out to eat over the weekend. When we were going to be seated the hostess asked if we wanted a highchair which we declined.
Once seated and after our appetizer was served our daughter became frustrated and since we are teaching her to sit on her own decided to try the high chair. We were seated in the main isle at a booth and once the high chair was brought out to us we sat her in it and she was smiling and happy. We were still eating our appetizers when a "manager" came to our table and very loudly said we would need to move to a table in the corner because our baby in the high chair was a fire hazard...which was told to her by the same hostess who offered us the chair in the beginning and knew where we were being seated.
I was very upset and since we were being made to move I would expect someone who worked there to at least help us move our plates and drinks...nope...I refused after that to put my baby back in their high chair and once our food was brought mine was ice cold and my wifes steak was burnt and well done after she ordered it rare. We will never eat here again and I think the manager should be removed...she was rude and disrespectful and we were very embarassed...
