I asked for pink meat in one burger and brown meat in the other. It was an online order.

I went above and beyond and called the restaurant and asked them to make sure that they labeled which burger had which meat because for some unknown reason I had this gut wrenching feeling that they just plain wouldn't. They ended up not labeling which burger was made to what pinkness level like I had assumed they would. After I took time out of my day to be put on hold, and sit and wait to tell them who I was and why I needed the burgers to definitely be labeled properly. If they can't follow that kind of instruction and want 50 dollars from me for it.

Then how do I know that they don't ACCIDENTALLY forget to label their meat for proper expiration.

I could be eating bad meat and they wouldn't know it, just like they wouldn't know which burger was mine, unless I complained that I wouldn't know either, resulting in my food being removed from my sight and presence to be tested with a thermometer for its temp to see which one was pink and which one was brown, by someone who I have had to complain to about not doing their job. That really makes me uncomfortable putting that food in my mouth once it is returned to me.

Bad experience

I have tried to several times to eat in Applebees in Bernalillo, NM, but never again will I enter this establishment.
My last experience was a disaster, from the customer service to the poor quality of food I was served.
When I spoke to the cook, who blamed everyone but herself, I realized this person had no idea how to cook let alone how to run a restaurant.The cook said she worked there 3 years and is doing the best she can do, and I told her obviously it's not good enough to get my business.
I refuse to pay for subquality products and service.
FYI: My mother was a waitress her entire life and I worked as a dishwasher, busboy, and waiter going through school years ago.
A friend of mine asked me to join him for a meal there yesterday, I told him I would never go into this place again.

Horrible service and NASTY EMPLOYEES

The douglasville GA location on doulas blvd is the WORST RESTAURANT their customer service doesn't exsist, servers are RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE THEY ARE SO SHORT STAFFED WE WAITED OVER A HOUR AT 6PM TO EVEN BE LOOKED AT PEOPLE ARE RUDE IN THIS PLACE...SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE I CAME HERE 3 NIGHTS IN A ROW AND HOPED FOR A BETTER OUTCOME BECAUSE FOOD WAS GREAT BUT THE IGNORANCE OF THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...

Just was having problems with digital gift cards. He said he checked my cards for me by me giving him. The numbers said both cards was good so I went to Applebee’s and ate yesterday and they was actually able to use the card thank goodness.

My husband was scammed. He bought 2 $500. Gift cards the scammers refused them as they wanted Apple gift cards. He bought them at Walmart. Applebee's refused to even offer me any response other than to call Walmart corporate office. They told me to call Applebee's corporate office. We are on SOCIAL SECURITY. Yes, he made a huge mistake but that doesn't help us any. A police report was made.
